How It Works & The Process 🫶🏼

At Angels in Ash Creations, I understand that trusting somebody with your loved one's ashes, hair, fur, feathers, dried flowers or other treasured inclusions can feel overwhelming.

That's why I aim to make the process as simple, transparent and stress-free as possible, keeping you updated every step of the way.

Step 1 - Choose Your Keepsake

Browse the available keepsakes and select the piece that feels right for you. Each item is individually handcrafted and can be customised with your chosen inclusions and colour preferences.

If you're unsure which piece would suit your needs best, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'm always happy to help.

Step 2 - Place Your Order

Once you've chosen your keepsake, place your order through the website or contact me directly.

If required, a deposit can be paid to secure your order, with the remaining balance due when your keepsake is ready for collection or dispatch.

Step 3 - Sending Your Materials

After your order has been placed, I will contact you with instructions on how to safely send or deliver your materials.

Only a small amount is usually required, and any unused materials will be carefully returned with your completed keepsake whenever possible.

Step 4 - Creation Process

Your keepsake will then be carefully handcrafted by me with the utmost care, compassion and respect.

Each piece is created individually, meaning no two keepsakes are ever exactly the same. I will often provide updates throughout the process so you can follow your keepsake's journey.

Step 5 - Collection or Delivery

Once your keepsake is complete, I will contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

Your keepsake will arrive beautifully packaged in a presentation box, ready to be treasured for years to come.
