What can be included in my keepsake?

I can work with a variety of meaningful inclusions, including ashes, hair, fur, whiskers, puppy teeth and other small sentimental items. If you’re unsure whether something can be included, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to advise.

How much ashes or hair do you need?

Only a very small amount is required to create your keepsake. Detailed instructions will be provided once your order has been placed.

What jewellery materials do you use?

All of my jewellery settings are made from sterling silver unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Can I choose my own colour?

Yes. A range of colour options are available and can be selected when placing your order. If you have something specific in mind, please contact me and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

How do I know my loved one’s ashes or keepsakes are handled with care?

Every order is treated with the utmost respect, care and dignity. I understand how precious these items are and take great pride in creating each piece as though it were for my own family.

How long will my order take?

As every piece is handmade to order, turnaround times may vary. Current lead times can be confirmed before ordering.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Customers are welcome to pay in full when placing their order, or secure their order with a deposit and pay the remaining balance upon collection or before dispatch. (Please note, deposit option can only be accepted when ordering via my Facebook business page) - Angels in Ash Creations 🫶🏼

Can I send my inclusions by post?

Yes. Full instructions will be provided on how to safely package and send your ashes, hair, fur or other inclusions.

Do you offer local collection?

Yes. Collection may be available by arrangement. I can also meet customers at certain events where agreed in advance.

Can I return a personalised keepsake?

Due to the bespoke nature of memorial keepsakes, personalised items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Will my keepsake look exactly like the photographs?

Every piece is individually handmade, making each keepsake completely unique. Colours, inclusions and patterns may vary slightly from photographs.

Do you create pet memorial keepsakes?

Absolutely. I create keepsakes using pet ashes, fur, whiskers, puppy teeth, feathers and other treasured memories to help keep beloved companions close.

What happens to any unused ashes, hair or fur?

Any remaining inclusions will be carefully returned with your completed keepsake unless otherwise requested.

“Can white horse hair be used?”

Answer:

“Yes. White horse hair can be included within keepsakes, although it can naturally become less visible within resin due to its translucency. Special techniques are used wherever possible to help retain visibility and create the best result.”
